This 12 oz decorative, glass Hex jar with a gold lid is filled with our premium Special Reserve Wildflower honey. This particular honey was only produced by the bees one time, during the summer of 2019. We’re not sure what environmental and plant blooming factors were different that year to create this unique and amazingly flavored honey. This honey was not collected in just one yard, but from all the yards, some as far as 20 miles apart. This honey is much darker in color than our regular honey. It has an almost molasses density with very rich, deep, and complex flavors that finish with an almost raspberry tartness. This honey will easily replace maple syrup on your pancakes and waffles. Get this honey while you can. When we run out, there is no way to get more. There is a limited supply available.
Remember, pure honey may crystallize. To make it liquid again, gently heat it in a pan of water at 150°F, then remove from heat and place the container in the warm water until it’s liquid. Avoid refrigerating honey.
