Packaged in glass mason jars to protect the honey, making it easier to reliquify. Remember, pure honey may crystallize. To make it liquid again, gently heat it in a pan of water at 150°F, then remove from heat and place the container in the warm water until it’s liquid. Avoid refrigerating honey.
